   USAF Special Agent Richard Doty has admitted on camera that, from 1980, he fed Albuquerque physicist Paul Bennewitz fabricated documents under an AFOSI counterintelligence operation specifically intended to drive him into a paranoid breakdown.

   The "Dulce Base" mythos that propagated globally through 1990s ufology traces directly to a USAF officer admitting on film that he manufactured it. Bennewitz was institutionalised in 1988; he died in 2003.

   Betty Cash (hospitalised 15 days), Vickie Landrum, and her grandson Colby Landrum (age 7) all developed symptoms consistent with ionising radiation exposure — corneal damage, hair loss, permanent vision impairment — after a 1980 encounter outside Huffman, Texas. Their lawsuit was dismissed because no U.S. agency would acknowledge the helicopters or the object.

   A seven-year-old child with documented radiation symptoms. The court did not deny the encounter. It denied that anyone was responsible.

   In May 1996 a Russian pensioner named Tamara Prosvirina brought home a 25-centimetre humanoid corpse she found near the Mayak nuclear complex at Kyshtym. The body was filmed by Kyshtym TV. Three years after the corpse disappeared from custody, Prosvirina was struck and killed by a truck on 5 August 1999.

   The corpse was real enough to be filmed and forensically examined. The witness died after it vanished. The chain of custody on her death is not unusual; the timing is.

   Retrieval, then witness loss. The artifact entered the public record briefly enough to be filmed and forensically examined, then disappeared from custody. Prosvirina was the witness who could most clearly testify to what she'd held. The timing of her 1999 death — three years after the corpse vanished — is the kind of mundane-mechanism cleanup an institutional hygiene operation can route through ordinary road traffic.

   The original 1959 Soviet forensic radiometric reports on the Dyatlov Pass victims confirmed beta-radiation contamination on two of the nine victims' garments — Kolevatov's and Dubinina's sweaters — with no conventional explanation offered. This detail is in the original case file and has not been addressed by the 2020 avalanche-and-slab conclusion.

   Russia closed the case in 2020 with an avalanche explanation that does not deposit beta-emitting isotopes on clothing. The sixty-year-old radiological detail is still hanging.

   On 22 January 1958 Mike Wallace cut off NICAP director Donald Keyhoe mid-sentence on live CBS, an action CBS later acknowledged had been taken on Air Force instructions. NICAP's board at the time included Adm. Roscoe Hillenkoetter, the first Director of Central Intelligence.

   The first DCI was on the board of the civilian organisation the Air Force was actively gagging on national television. Both institutions had the same telephone numbers.

   missing record

   A 2014 Australian FOI request (FOI 064/13/14) for the Department of Air's file on the Westall 1966 schoolyard incident returned a single page stating that "no records relating to this matter can be located" — despite Australian press and the RAAF having dispatched personnel to the school the same day.

   Two hundred children, faculty, and visiting witnesses saw the object land in a field. Personnel were dispatched. Almost five decades later the file has one page in it, and the page is the denial that any file exists.

   A retrieval at a school with hundreds of child witnesses, followed by a textbook procedural erasure. The 2014 FOI return is the standard artifact of an active cover-up: record-of-the-record- not-existing. The witnesses are now in their sixties; their accounts have not changed across five decades, which is what witnesses do when they saw a thing.

   The two U.S. Army Air Force intelligence officers carrying the Maury Island debris samples — Capt. William Davidson and Lt. Frank Brown — were killed when their B-25 (44-29126) crashed near Kelso, Washington on 1 August 1947. The samples were destroyed in the crash.

   A documented fatal aircraft accident, named officers, a verifiable airframe serial. The phrase "the samples were destroyed in the crash" appears in primary military records.

   A retrieval-adjacent action three weeks after Arnold and one month after Roswell. Samples destroyed in the crash is what a state apparatus erasing its own physical traces looks like at the level of a dead aircrew. Davidson and Brown are the first named human cost in the documented record for this kind of work.

    In May and November 1989 Bob Lazar described element 115 as the reactor fuel for the craft he claimed to have worked on at S-4. Element 115 was not synthesised until 2003 at JINR Dubna and was officially named Moscovium in 2016.

    The rest of Lazar's biography is in deep dispute. The atomic-number prediction sits as a separate, unresolved data point. The element exists. Its longest-lived isotope is currently measured in milliseconds.

Charles Halt's 13 January 1981 official USAF memo to the UK Ministry of Defence — released under FOIA in 1983 — formally documents radiation readings approximately ten times background at three indentations in the forest floor, with the peak readings taken at the indentations themselves (0.05–0.07 mR).

Radiation tied to specific ground indentations is physical residue — the kind of evidence that does not metabolize into the official record.     Russian drilling at the Kola Superdeep Borehole recovered microscopic plankton fossils dated to roughly 2 billion years from 6.7 km depth — and free liquid water in rock cracks at depths where the rock should have been impermeable.

    The deepest hole ever drilled returned biological material older than complex cellular life is supposed to exist, in a place where water is not supposed to be possible.

    Deep-crust geology behaving in ways the standard model does not permit. The plankton at 6.7 km and the free water in supposedly impermeable rock are documented anomalies — the rock under our feet is more porous, and more biologically continuous, than the textbook account allows.     Subglacial Lake Vostok holds water supersaturated with oxygen and nitrogen at roughly fifty times the concentration of any surface lake on Earth, sustained by 360 atmospheres of pressure under 3,750 metres of ice. The 2012 Russian drilling breakthrough used kerosene and Freon as antifreeze; biologists protested the contamination risk for years before it was permitted.

    An isolated body of water the size of Lake Ontario, sealed for around 15 million years, breached using industrial solvents over international scientific objection.

    At 19:12:28 on 21 October 1978 the Melbourne Flight Service Unit recorded 17 seconds of metallic scraping immediately after pilot Frederick Valentich's transmission "It's not an aircraft," then loss of signal. No wreckage of his Cessna 182L was ever recovered despite a major RAAF and RAN search. The Australian Department of Transport's 1982 final report concluded "not determined."

    The tape exists and is in the public domain. The seventeen seconds of metallic sound is on the recording. No aircraft fragment, no body, no fuel slick was ever found.

    Marfa Army Air Field operated 1942–1947, training pilots in twin-engine instrument flight. Pilots based at Marfa AAF independently recorded sightings of the Marfa Lights in their flight logs — observations made above the local atmospheric inversion layer, undermining the highway-mirage hypothesis.

    The leading scientific explanation for the Marfa Lights is refracted highway traffic. The U.S. military's own pilots wrote down sightings made above the layer that does the refracting.

    Two Iranian Imperial Air Force F-4 Phantoms scrambled to intercept a luminous object over Tehran on 19 September 1976 each suffered simultaneous loss of weapons systems, avionics, and radio communications on close approach. Both aircraft regained all systems on egress. The incident is documented in a 4-page DIA report formally distributed to the White House, CIA, NSA, and Joint Chiefs.

    Two military jets crewed by named pilots lost every electronic system on approach to the same object and recovered them all on retreat. The DIA writeup is one of the cleanest documents in the public record on instrumentation effects.
