American musician and entrepreneur; co-founder, lead vocalist, and guitarist of Blink-182 (1992–2015) and Angels & Airwaves; co-founded To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science (TTSA) in October 2017 with former DoD intelligence official Luis Elizondo, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Christopher Mellon, and SRI/Stargate physicist Hal Puthoff.
